Work stopped by the contractor due to request for enhancing the rate for the balance work. Meeting with director Tourism has decided to terminate the present contract and arrange the balance work in separate tender. But the minutes of above meeting is not yet received. The preparation of estimate for balance work completed and submitted to GM. meeting conducted at secretariat in the chamber of secretary of tourism department in order to discuss the status of the work on 14-09-2023. Conducted a meeting on 18-09-2023 and directed the architect to edit the drawings and conduct a joint meeting with IHMCT officials. Estimate and report submitted to to Tourism department. Revised DPR for the balance work prepared and submitted..
