| Description | Anthakarathode is a thode in between Konothupuzha and Chambakkara kayal.Length of thode is 2.17 km.Project consists of cleaning and desilting of thode,side protection with pre cast pile-slab and DR masonry , construction of skew bridge,foot bridge and boat jetty.The main aim of the project is clean and improve the thodu and regain it to its past glory. The improved condition of the thodu is expected to give a boost to tourism, navigation, and flood control and become the main attraction of the town. |
